Silway 690 is a long-chain alky aryl modified Silicone oil. Compared to the traditional polydimethylsiloxane, Silway 690 has many excellent properties.

Used as die casting lubricant, Silway 690 is suitable for soft metal (aluminum, zinc, magnesium, etc.) on die casting. The surface of the product is bright, and Silway 690 is not carbonated on the mold surface.
Silway 690 does not affect the secondary printing and finishing.

Usage                                                

Emulsify or dilute into 0.5~5.0% solution for use. Emulsifier can be nonionic surfactant, and solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon.
