Here is a comparasion between Silway 660 with Wacker TN , Through thermogravimetric analysis, we found that the weight change of release agent in Wacker TN was greater than that in Silway 660 under system temperature control. Specific data and curves are as follows:

Silway 660 is a long-chain alkylarylpolysiloxane. Compared to the traditional polydimethylsiloxane, Silway 660 has many excellent properties.

Used as die casting lubricant, Silway 660 is suitable for soft metal (aluminum, zinc, magnesium, etc.) on die casting. The surface of the product is bright, and Silway 660 is not carbonated on the mold surface.
Silway 660 does not affect the secondary printing and finishing.

Usage                                                

Emulsify or dilute into 0.5~5.0% solution for use. Emulsifier can be nonionic surfactant, and solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon.
