Silway 520 is a polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of average kinematic viscosities.

Silway 520 is colorless, transparent, odourless and non-toxic oil liquid. The viscosity increases with the added of n value of Si-O chain, from highly mobile liquid to thick semisolid.

Usage
As Defoamer
Due to the feature of low surface tension, insoluble, and chemical stability, Silway 520 is used as defoamer/antifoamer in petrochemical industry, medical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food processing, texture, printing and dyeing, paper industry, etc.

As Lubricant
As lubricant, Silway 520 is suitable for rubber, plastic bearings, and gears. Also be proper for rolling friction between steel materials to steel or other metals under high temperature. Remarkable: In general case, Dimethyl silicone oil is not suggested as lubricant between metals in room temperature.

As Mold Release Agent
Due to the non-stick ability on rubber, plastic and metal, etc., Silway 520 is often used as mold releasing agent during molding process of rubbers and plastic products. As mold releasing agent, Silway 520 not only demold easily, but leaves clean, smooth,and clear grain on the surface of products.

As coating of Insulation, dust/mould proof
Applying a coat of Silway 520 on the surface of glass or ceramics, then making heat treating by 250-300ºC, a semi permanent waterproof, mould proof and insulation membrane.

A: Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping cost be paid by our customers.

Q3: How to start orders or make payments?  
A: Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of order, enclosed our bank information. Payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union or Paypal or Money Gram.

Q4: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?  
A: You can get free samples for some products,you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples.

A:Our MOQ is 200kg. But usually we accept less quantity such as 100g on the condition that sample charge is 100% paid.
