Silway 5847 super soft and smooth silicone oil is an amino modified silicone oil with a variety of reactive groups in its structure and is emulsified by appropriate surfactants to be used as water-based softener. Silway 5847 amino silicone oil is the basic combination used in textile softener and smoothing agent formulations. Silway 5847 can be used alone or in combination with other silicones or softeners.
Silway 5847 can give a variety of fibers, fabrics durability softness, wrinkle resistance, high recovery elasticity, lubricity, suitable for cotton, linen, wool, leather, down, acrylic, nylon and other fibers and blended fabrics of super soft, smooth treatment, the product with a multi-active functional group, strong reactivity to fibers, high bonding force, good wash resistance, Widely used in textile printing and dyeing, leather and down washing industry
Silway 5847 is suitable for super soft treatment of all kinds of fiber \ fabric. It can be used on occasions with high softness requirement. It is not recommended for bleached fabric.

Silway 5847 can be used in dipping method, dipping method or spray method, can be used alone. It can also be used in combination with other softeners and smoothing agents.

1.Dosage: 10-50g/L
2. PH value: 5.5-6.5
3. Rolling residual rate: 70-80%
