Silway 660 is a long-chain alkylarylpolysiloxane silicone release agent designed for die casting and industrial molding applications. Compared with traditional polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), Silway 660 provides excellent release performance, thermal stability, and surface protection.
It is widely used as a die casting lubricant for aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and other soft metal casting processes. The product helps achieve bright casting surfaces, reduces mold fouling, and prevents carbonization on mold surfaces during repeated operations.
Silway 660 also minimizes interference with secondary processes such as printing and surface finishing, making it suitable for applications requiring clean mold surfaces and high-quality product appearance.
Silway 660 can be emulsified or diluted before application. Nonionic surfactants or aliphatic hydrocarbons can be used as dilution systems.
The recommended dilution ratio and application method should be determined through preliminary testing according to the mold structure and production conditions.
