Silway 5193 is a water-soluble surfactant with good moisturizing, foam-stablizing and conditioning capacity.Also its lower surface tension is taken as ideal emulsifier of silicone oil and other oil-phase in personal care products.
It is compatible with various cosmetic components and resins.
